Acknowledging the importance of being ‘customer-centric’,
Uni.Asia General Insurance Berhad established its very first ‘One-Stop
Call Centre’ to ensure that all customers’ needs are met
in timely and friendly manner. With this new infrastructure, all incoming
calls concerning corporate and product-related information, claims
enquiries or telephone purchase will be handled by well-trained Call
Centre personnel. In addition to servicing, the Call Centre was positioned
as a revenue-generating direct marketing channel, complementing the
Company’s extensive network of branches and agents. |
