Our Induction Programme is divided into 2 sections which are:

1. Job Specific Induction – This programme begins on your first day of employment with us. The Head of Department will take you through your job tasks, provide you with the essential information on working practices and work environment, appropriate on the job training and adequate support and guidance during the initial stages of a new job.

2. Corporate Induction - This programme is conducted on a quarterly basis. A one-day program will be conducted by the Human Resource Department, which will touch on the following topics:

    - History & Overview
    - Mission & Vision
    - Culture & Values
    - Introduction of the Board members, CEO & Management team
