Business Development Executive (Head Office, Northern, Southern, East Coast and East Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
To recruit, develop and support intermediaries and corporate clients to increase their business portfolio and productions.
To achieve the sales and profitability objectives set by the management.
To provide product and technical support as well as training to intermediaries and corporate clients.
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
 
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum two(2) years experience in related field.
Education : Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Insurance).
Skills / Competencies : Good communication and interpersonal skills. Result oriented and highly motivated to succeed in the insurance industry.
   
   
Executive, Motor Claims (Bodily Injury) - Head Office
Responsibilities:
To achieve speedy and equitable claim settlements by demonstrating prompt and efficient communication/negotiations skills, in compliance with the visions of the Company and the guidelines provided by the governing authorities.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
   
Requirements:
Experience : Any relevant or related experience in Bodily Injury environment.
Education : LLB or any other professional degree/qualification.
Skills / Competencies : Good knowledge of insurance technicalities, guide lines and law. Ability to analyze claims carefully in terms of liability, quantum and settle them promptly. Able to analyze and resolve complaints by the claimants promptly. Good negotiation skills and computer knowledge.
   
   
Underwriting Risk Surveyor (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
To conduct risk inspection of prospective, new and renewal business and prepare all relevant inspection report in accordance to Company guidelines and regulation.
To carry out risk control and risk management consultative works to customers and monitor all follow-up works.
To prepare, organize and monitor all necessary applications to PIAM in accordance to guidelines and regulation.
   
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum two (2) years working experience as Insurance Risk Surveyor or as an Engineer in manufacturing, design or consultancy (Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply).
Education : Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Risk Management.
Skills / Competencies : Good communication. Ability to generate and applies new ideas to provide quality consultation. Competent knowledge of tasks to provide effective evaluation, recommendation and critical decision making assessment.
   
   
Surveyor - Technical Claims (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
To attend all surveys, re-survey, random survey and re-inspection on insured vehicle.
To access damage and negotiate quantum on repair work and minimize cost.
To process and responsible for the GST e-claims on-line on daily basis.
Maintain records of the daily assignment performed and prepare the survey report.
Able to carry out duties efficiently by demonstrating prompt/efficient communication/negotiation skills and in compliance with the visions of the company and the guidelines provided by the governing authoritie.
   
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum three (3) years working experience in related field.
Education : Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
Skills/Competencies : Good communication. Ability to analyze, generate and applies new ideas to provide quality consultation. Competent knowledge of tasks to provide effective evaluation, recommendation and critical decision making assessment.
   
   
Internal Auditor (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
To assist the audit team in evaluating the comprehensiveness of internal control system existed and compliance by the auditee to the Company’s established written administrative guidelines and to other rules and regulations and acts established by the respective governing bodies.
To ensure compliance on the BNM/RH/GL 013-4 (formerly known as BNM JPI/GPI 13) and Standard for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (SPPIA) in fulfilling duties and responsibilities.
Execute the audit work, be pertinent to the current internal auditing techniques, trends and technology, change in laws and regulations affecting the operation of the Company.
To ensure the adequacy of action taken by the Company various operating management to correct identified internal control deficiencies, irregularities and non-compliance and to monitor follow-up action where appropriate.
To evaluate and improve the process of corporate governance in terms of accountability, preservation of company’s values and transparency of communication.
   
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum one (1) years working experience in finance industry especially in auditing, insurance or accounting.
Education : Degree in Insurance, Accounting, Business or equivalent or Certificate in insurance, auditing, quality or risk management.
Skills/Competencies : Good communication skill. Sufficient knowledge of auditing and insurance. Able to write operational audit report.
   
   
Executive - Investment (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
To coordinate and administer the investment accounting, FRS development, Regulatory reporting, Compliance and assisting in AMP functions in line with Company’s objective, Risk Base Capital (RBC) framework, regulatory requirements and relevant applicable laws.
Advise the accounting entries for all the investment transactions on weekly basis and ensure the entries are recognized on timely manner as per relevant accounting standards.
Undertake the ‘month end closing’ by preparing all the relevant investment schedules, month end journal entries to finance and reconciliation against GL and SL.
Monitor and update the investment cash flow statement (i.e. direct and indirect method) and tax computation for investment income on a monthly basis.
Monitor and confirm the transfer of the stocks/fund and update the dividend and interest income database accurately on a monthly basis.
   
Requirements:
Experience : Minimum two (2) years working experience in investment accounting.
Education : Degree in Accounting, Finance and Economics.
Skills/Competencies: Good interpersonal, communication and writing skill. Clear understanding of accounting standards of all type of financial instruments. Knowledge of investment accounting, recognition and reporting. Able to work in a fast pace environment and with less supervision.
