The subsequent billing shall be made 30 days before the monthly due date.

This billing circle shall be repeated for the subsequent months as a general rule. You may refer to the example below for better understanding.

Since the annual premium for this policy is RM452, the total amount of RM85.30 should be auto-debited from the insured's nominated credit card account as instalment for the first two months and plus RM10.00 as stamp duty. Whereas RM37.67 will be auto-debited from the insured's nominated credit card account automatically from the subsequent months until the end of the one year policy expiry date.

And we will make second attempt within the next 14 days. If the payment is still unpaid within the 14 days period, we will send a cancellation notice on day 15 stating the policy lapsed date.
Please take note that there will be no reinstatement of policy for the same insured upon issue of cancellation notice due to default in payment

CANCELLATION
Q. Before the cancellation of policy due to non-payment of premium, will I be notified first?
A. Yes, we will send a cancellation notice, which will be served as the "Termination for non-payment of premium" clause. Furthermore, a cancellation endorsement will be issued as per normal procedure but no premium will be refunded for cancellation.
